I had a brochure describing a conference in the Fall of 1998 in Santa Fe,
New Mexico, which was geared toward physicians (as well as LC's) and have
misplaced it. Can anyone direct me to a source for the conference?  I have a
Doctor on staff that is interested and NOW I CAN'T FIND IT!!!!!! It sounded
GREAT if anyone else might interest a Doctor......Post or email will be fine.
