I have a preference for short titles, followed by a slightly longer
"explanation" of the service.  When you are promoting the service you
use all the words to get the message out, but people can refer to your business  by its
short name for convenience. You can also use the short name when you
answer the phone, etc. An example is below (the first three words
should be in a much bigger font):

Mothering Support, Counseling and Lactation Consultant Sercives
