management' is good.

This one study now being discussed on Lactnet is small and the description
of its conclusions doesn't impress this reader with the researchers'
knowledge of the anatomy or physiology of lactation.  They seem to consider
12 weeks a long time to lactate, for example, where in normal circumstances
this is just the beginning.  I urge anyone who hasn't got themselves a copy
of the WHO booklet, to do so.  You won't regret it.
