I'm seeing a lot of not wanting to feed the colostrum with Asian moms who think
that the *yellow* is old, bad milk.  They want to pump it out to get rid of it
before bfing.  Yesterday another LC who works with a large Hispanic population
told me that they often don't want to bfeed in the hospital because they are
embarrased, but will do so (along with bottles) once they're home.
