Had mine checked last September. It was >7, meaning basically unmeasurable. I was put on 50,000 IUs twice weekly which brought me up to the low 50s in 30 days. I now take 4000 a day and am due for a recheck. 

Just adding my stats to your list Jan. :)

I'd love to know how many on this list have had their own Vit D levels checked, and how many who have had them tested found that they were at least 50 or above.   ...   Jan Barger, RN, MA, IBCLC, FILCA (who had a level of 34 which is now up to 62 on 4000 I/U per day....a level high enough to decrease the risk of breast cancer by 50%).
