I searched the archives and couldn't find any info on the following
meds. Our local ophthalmologist says he won't perform RK on nursing
moms because he uses these meds and they aren't safe for breastfeeding.
Does anyone have any info on these meds?

Halcion (used once before surgery to relax the patient)
Mepergan (used once after surgery for pain)
Pred-Forte (prednisone drops for use for about a week after surgery
~qid.

I'd appreciate any info any of you might have.

Thanks,

Stephanie Barth
