For a mom who first began stimulating her milk supply a full week after
the baby was born, every 3 hours with a Lactina might not cut it!  I
would recommend a stronger pump (a classic or an Ameda Lact-e or SMB)
and advise her to "superpump"- set the pump up somewhere very
convenient, and use it every 45 mins or so when she is awake.  That is
often enough to start the milk supply building.

I have not noticed lowered milk supply in women I have worked with who
are on anticonvulsants, but perhaps one of her blood pressure
medications is adding to the situation by dehydrating her.
