This is the part I would question.  Nothing in the rest of your note makes
it sound as if she really deep down does.  But if she *does*, and if she
really is just concerned that baby won't get fed w/out a lot of bottles,
then maybe you could tell her baby needs to be nursed at least 8x/day for
at least a minute each time - and for longer if baby is willing - "for
proper jaw development."  Maybe if she nurses for reasons other than
food... the food will begin to be there.
