I have had positive feedback from a couple of moms who have used them.  It seemed kind of wacky when I first heard about them, but they seem to work and are much less bulky that the BLIS which also seems to work well.  For some moms, leaking is a big issue.  The other thing that I have discovered, is that the new Lansinoh pads with gel seem to work better than the ones from Medela which don't absorb as much fluid and develop a greasy feel when they are full of liquid.  I have heard from at least on mom that the Lansinoh pads were a godsend to her as she had not been able to find any regular pads that did the trick.
