There was an article a few years ago in Lancet (?).  The gist of the article
was that the infants were tube fed the breast milk, no social interaction
there.  I believe it was across the board, in spite of economic status, that
the BF infants had IQs statistically higher than the formula fed babies.

Maybe someone else can remember the cite for this article.  I'm on overload
