Dr. Jeanine Klaus,
I agree with your insight to the recent by-law changes and wondered myself
about some of the decisions. My major disappointment is with the 96
Directory, which I too received late, October!  I thank you for writing in
the latest journal about the format change with addresses. I hope ILCA will
listen and return to organizing members by states.
I cannot make referals to others for out of state LC's, because members are
listed alphabetically now instead of by location. Anyone else agree?
