Mamivac Stillhutchen by KaWeCo GMBH, yes, in Germany. They make many 
sizes, and are 'cutout' models. I've been buying them as I prefer to 
give my money to Code compliant companies, and have been happy with 
them. They even are way less expensive when purchased in bulk (50 of one 
size), even with the shipping fee.

You just need to order by email and send money via bank transfer. 
There's a service called XOOM that makes this easy from the US.
