For those who didn't go to the site itself, the case study in the New York Times had botulism.  Almost all the IBCLCs guessed botulism, despite the constant hints that the baby never consumed honey and the lactation consultants were correct.  Many others also guessed botulism but kept speculating that somehow the older child MUST have stuck honey in the baby's mouth.
