I was interested in Judy Ritchie's comments about women finding their breast
tissue "melting away" more with each successive child. Have other people
seen this? I have breastfed four children, including tandem nursing, for a
total of more than 12 years of continuous breastfeeding, with no decrease in
breast size. My last child weaned eleven years ago. I have only heard of a
few women who found their breasts were noticeably smaller after weaning and
these seemed to be women who weaned fairly abruptly. It didn't seem to
affect milk production with subsequent children.

I'd be interested to hear what others have observed.
