Yes, things are very bad and they have gotten worse. I've been keeping an
eye on things for the past year or so and even over that time there has been
escalation and I worry about where we will end up. All we have in Australia
is the APMAIF to which you can complain and if it comes back from there with
no joy, write to your Fed MP and ask why it is OK. The ads and associated
displays in this instance however, should both be breaches of the MAIF
agreement and a rapp on the knuckles should be given....I wonder though if
it will make any difference, there are a few companies who are being just
blatant in ignoring the guidelines.
Has anyone else been following the situation in the Philippines where they
sought to enact the WHO code into legislation??? Apparently the US govt (or
at least US officials) has got involved and they are working hard to stop
the market from being limited.

formula ad!!! on TV
can they do that?
And I was sitting sort of smug  during Sarah Amin's talks at the lactation
college conference " isn't that bad over there!!!"
