The amphetamines have been studied a number of times in pregnancy to
determine if they are teratogenic.  Thus far none of the studies suggest
that they are overly teratogenic to the fetus.

MDMA(Ecstasy) is a hallucinogenic amphetamine.  I only found one paper on
MDMA (Ecstasy) and its teratogenicity,  and it was in a rat cell culture
line...so not too pertinent.

So I think the risk that the infant is damaged is quite low and the mom
should quite worrying about it.
