Hi Michal,
       At our hospital we use hydrogel if the mother has sore nipples and is
allergic to lanolin.  Hydrogel is used for moist wound healing such as
abraided, blistered or cracked nipples.  I have found that some mothers' may
have microscopic abrasions that complicate their tenderness...hopefully this
product may help your client.
