Now that the issue with Jean's article is on its way to subscribers to JHL
it is timely to mention that in cases such as the one described by Gloria
Buoncristiano-Thai, RPS is always worth a try. Takes one or two minutes,
costs nothing, and you will know immediately whether it was any help. You
can read up on it at
http://www.health-e-learning.com/articles/rps.pdf where there are even
illustrations by Jean's grandson, no less.
Rachel Myr
Kristiansand, Norway, where for the first time today a mother at the BF
teaching session on my ward mentioned that I had taught her RPS with her
**previous baby** - this technique is getting positively entrenched! (and
she rated it as the most important skill she learned to get her through the
worst days of establishing BF too)
