A search showed these ingredients, but apparently they have recently added 3
artificial colors.

Ovaltine Malted Drink  Ingredients:Barley and malt extract, dried dairy
whey,fat reduced cocoa,sugar,vegetable fat,egg powder,vitamins and iron. Free
from artificial additives.

I don't know--it contains at least 4 of the most common allergens (5 with the
artificial colors). And nothing that looks even mildly nourishing, either.
