I haven't heard good feeback from the moms that I allowed to sample the

Joyce (and other posters on this): My viewpoint for a wide range of products is - is this really needed? A lot of the time, the answer is "no". Consumerism is so much part of the Western culture, and has been for decades, that there is the attitude that a) if it costs money it must be good or better, and b) buying things for the baby is a virtuous and desirable action. (I must be out of step with my culture, because I was noticing, and questioning, these attitudes back in 1965 when I had my first baby.)
Yes, with any products, whether (purportedly) related to breastfeeding or just general household items or beauty products, the question to ponder on is "Do I really need this?" - or is the marketing just a purse-opener?
I'm going off Lactnet today as I'm bbehind in reading my messages. So, any replies to me personally, please.
