I have no great ideas for WAP moms, except to suggest respect and openness. I buy raw cow milk from pastured cows who live down the road. The milk is chilled immediately in a sub-zero alcohol bath. I would cheerfully bet every penny I have that this is far cleaner milk than the industrialized stuff trucked in from who knows where and sold at the grocery store.

I'm no fan of substitutes for breastfeeding, but local raw milk, and even raw eggs, if you know where they come from and how they are handled, are better IMHO than the store bought alternatives. Any WAP mom is likely to completely write off an LC who communicates "Eeeeww" with regard to her carefully thought out food choices.
