I have a question here - in working with a patient who has a child with cel=
iac disease - I have been doing extensive research into autoimmune diseases=
 and gut health.  Some of the newer research seems to indicate that avoidin=
g potentially allergic foods actually make the situation worse in some case=
s.  I'm thinking we need to work on mom's gut health in a lot of these case=
s.   Anybody got any ideas on books or other resources to suggest to moms t=
hat concentrate on diet?
