I wouldn't want to start any major controversies etc over this because I'm
sure you've all seen the opposite, but I have seen a few over 40 moms thru
the years who run into supply problems.  Not really sure why, but it sounds
like she has a lot on  her plate with  new baby, job, older
sibs...............Easiest thing is to just matter of factly supplement at
breast, forget pumping for time being and let her get a chance to regroup
while he is gaining a little.  Then he may nurse more effectively..........
