Do clouds breastfeed?

So many couples say "we" are pregnant that it seems you couldn't keep the dads away if you tried. Have always used them as my models and if it is a good group every one will know how to breastfeed their doll before she/he leaves the room as well as all of the other basic tips that have been mentioned, seems like this is all League stuff.

I am still in the U.S. and go back to Israel at the beginning of October.

Are there any full fleged Baby Friendly hospitals in the US? I was at a hosptial in Baltimore and was told it was Baby Friendly and suddenly I felt that the term was being thrown around very loosely. Is this a new trend???
