 A Mother contacted me and explained that a surrogate is going to give
birth to their baby near the end of June. The Mom (not the surrogate) is
occasionally nursing her two year old. Do you think doing a hormonal
protocol is necessary for her to build her supply or should she build
her supply by pumping and nursing after birth? She is also concerned
that the milk being made now is for a two year old and not a newborn. I
told her it was still better than articifical milk.
