As the people who must try to understand social forces which create barriers
to bfg, we must discuss the various issues that impact women's choices and
by which men exert their influence.  Sexuality issues are a part of that
discussion.  Clearly the lack of authentic support from health care
professionals is another huge barrier.  I don't read any of the discussion
opened up by Fiona Giles' article to in ANY way suggest that we should use
lacto-porno as a way to promote bfg.

As the feminists of the 60s and 70s discovered when they wrote about rape,
it wasn't really about sex at all.  It was all about power.
