The Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine has a Protocol about Anesthesia for Breastfeeding Women--not sure exactly what the name of it is.  You can also call the Infant Risk Center  at 8060352-2519 if you, the mother, physician, or anesthetist have any remaining questions or doubt that need to be laid to rest.
