Thanks to all who responded.  I guess I misunderstood Kathleen A's post,
I read "measuring output" as amount pumped from breast.  I have heard in
the past that other countries do not test weigh.  We test weigh ALL the
time!  Should we quit and, if so, how?  I really wonder if this babe
lost more than we realized and is on her way up, but there is this
little nagging feeling that I have.  This Mom has called several times
since d/c.  As expected, Mom did not show up for weight today.  She is
not pumping or supplementing.  She was concerned b/c yesterday's
outpatient visit was a charged visit.  She also stated that Dad felt
they could not afford a pump rental.  I realize now that I omitted the
fact that Mom had fertility probs.  This was her second IVF.  She is
also very busy.  Back at full speed, minister's wife, many
responsibilities.  They will see MD in two days.
