well, if lactation caused slow healing, perhaps those who do 'em would not be
so casual about episiotomies and c/s. (i know, dream world, they would just
prohibit bf.) i did know someone with the same circumstances, and it was due
to infection. she had surgery to correct it (unfortunate, but it did heal
after that).
