Klebsiella *could* be a significant pathogen for a premature baby.  It
is for anyone who is immunologically compromised.  (It is a terror on
surgical wards).  The question is "How to a healthy mother have
Klebsiella in her milk?"  The first thing I would think of is that this
is a contaminant.
