maybe  its the word "breastfeeding" thats problematic- why people can't
understand  extended "nursing" or adoptive breastfeeding or even breastfeeding

Yes, I do recognise this.
I think perhaps a big part of later breastfeeding problems could be
prevented or be less "big" when mothers did not "choose an infant feeding  method",
but "a parenting method".
