I have searched the archieves and not found this specific issue addressed.  I 
have the mom's permission to post.  She is 18 weeks pregnant with second 
baby.  She began experiencing extremely sore nipples a week ago and has 
noted  multiple white blebs on the tips of both nipples.  Also, her left nipple 
has turned a very dark purple.  She denies any breast pain but does feel that 
her breasts are a bit heavier.  She nursed her 2 year old for only 3 months but 
claims that she leaked colostrum during that pregnancy and continued leaking 
after weaning up until she became pregnant.  She denies any leaking of 
colostrum during this pregnancy.  She did experience plugged ducts and milk 
blisters when nursing her first child.   She is asking me what to do to eliminate 
the excruciating nipple pain that she is experiencing.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this.
