Daniel:

La Leche League has a brochure on nursing with implants. A lot depends on the
surgical technique used to implant them. Some techniques are better than
others. Also, whether mom has much scar tissue encasing the sacs, and/or
sensation in the nipple area will make a difference. Since the pamphlet was
published, however, questions have arisen about silicone and the baby. On a
personal note, a close friend w/implants nursed three babes, each for over a
year (the last for 3 years) without supplements or apparent harm.

Good luck!
