Peg,  I would like to suggest that it is not the altitude in Colorado  but
the dryness.  People who come from humid climates are often not aware of how
much more water they need to drink in Colorado.  I also notice that I do not
drink enough when I am traveling.  Maybe the combination of the two caused
decrease mild supply?
