I would do minimal stim to breasts and try to prevent preterm delivery under
doctor or midwife's care.
I would then go forward with good breastfeeding managment, optimal
practices. If the baby is premature then mother should begin expressing
asap. I do not think she will be at a disadvantage as far as supply. Seems
we've had a couple cases of this before discussed on lactnet. The main thing
is protect the baby and get to the latest gestational age safe for baby and
mom.
