That is really very gross, isn't it?  It's bewildering to me how someone can
return something which helped them so much s such  poor condition.  I remember
once at a conference I was at the speaker telling us a story about how LIVE
cockraches came flying out at her when she opened the case - so it could've
been worse!

I also work at a WIC clinic, and when I have a pump from the M----- company
which needs repair, I simply send it back and they repair it no charge.  You
may inquire about that.
