Subject: subclinical mastitis

PTP
I had a mom contact me about her expressed breastmilk that coagulates.
Already got to the coagulase positive staph; PCP gave one round
antibiotics, still coagulates. I'm thinking subclinical mastitis

What else? I read in Bf Management about antioxidants and antisecretory factor. Low dose antibiotics long-term? Anti-inflammatory? Omega 3?
I'll bet there's something nutritionally. TIA.
