How it feels to her nipple would be a clue. Also, latch the baby on well and
have mom feel with her fingers the outline of the baby's mouth on the breast -
wide V shape, lips a little flanged, with top and bottom lips at least an inch
beyond nipple base, chin and nose tip touching breast, help her listen and
feel for swallows.
