I know very lttle about WIC -  but scenario seems very familiar. Free
classes, ads in newspapers - still very low attendance  - but everyone
wants to know about childbirth. I trained as a childbirth educator - get a
full 2 hour breastfeeding session into every course & manage to bring
breastfeeding into every session! Still a long way to go but things are
improving.
