Ok, folks. Based on the first 50 people I have heard from, it seems there
is a LINK to geography re: timing of arrival of ILCA roster, but it is by
no means totally that.

Examples: some people on east coast (atlantic region north and south, but
not far north) seem to have got theirs late last week (MOST of them, but
not all).

Some people slightly west of them (KY, TN, upper NY state [that is NOT
Manhattan or nearby boroughs] and a few especially lucky people in upper
midwest [MN, WI] got them early this week. BUT, to confuse things, many
Floridians reported getting them yesterday ALSO!

One lucky person in AZ also has already received hers.

SO, I wonder if this shows a combination of ALPHABET ? and region? and how
close one is to the PO.

Next question also raised. When will the Canadians, Mexicans, Aussies, and
Europeans get them--to say nothing of those even further afield?

Keep letting me know (PRIVATELY) and I will add the new information to the
mix. Perhaps we will then know for sure how things work...
