Hi Everyone,
I am a manager for a lactation department comprised of both IBCLCs and CLCs. I am looking for a way to show productivity in our department in order to justify additional FTEs. Currently our productivity is based on calendar days and that does not accurately depict our productivity. If any of you have anything you are willing to share, feel free to email me directly.
