curious if this one was published? will try to check archive.......

 ...what we have also, so far, is clinical experience of seeing, hearing, or 
weighing milk transfer, at least in the short term.

I'm sticking with instructions to moms to pump pc w/shield, at least until 
can document consistently ample transfer, wt gain........
