Re the 10 month old who is losing weight and won't take solids:

Another story I have heard where a similar thing was happening, was a mum
who was eventually diagnosed with pernicious anaemia. Her milk was severely
deficient in B12 and this caused problems in the baby for quite a while
before they sorted out what was going on. Baby would not take solids,
turned more and more to the breast, and started regressing in his
development. Perhaps this could be something relatively easy to check in
both mum and baby.
