Hi Heather,
The paper you want is the pink one titled "Results on the Web". On the 
bottom it has your name in bold, with your exam site code. Underneath it is a 
number titled "your unique web results number". It is a letter and number 
code. Go onto the website, choose your country, then follow the instructions 
on the grid.
