Hello,
Thank you to those who responded to my question about the Mirena IUD.
I would like to ask if anyone could share what your opinions are on
postpartum birth control in general.  What do you usually recommend when
clients ask you about this?  What is your personal opinion on the best
option for postpartum?

And for those who know about fertility awareness and other natural measures,
do you think there are any different indications for mothers over 40?  In
regards to menstrual cycles possibly becoming more erratic, ovulating more
than once or not at all during a cycle, etc., as we approach menopause?
