Hi
I have a possible opportunity to work occasionally on a per diem basis in a
small community hospital clinic in a rural town.

I do not have an RN degree but do have a DC degree. But because I do not
want to involve the DC degree in my level of expertise or insurance, if I am
employed it would be as an IBCLC.

I have no idea what level of salary to ask for. I will look into RN, LPN
salaries here to see what level they are. If any of you are non RN LC's
working in a hospital or clinic setting, any chance you could give me some
guidelines as to determining hourly wages? Also, insurance coverage.
  Thanks.
