I've been working with the charts in the back of R/A, because I don't want to use the formula ones (although my pedi offered some to me:-(  Does anyone know a resource that gives better detail (i.e., wt. on the left in lb and oz, or kg and g, and more detail on the age (i.e., age in weeks or days?).  I feel like there is quite a gap there......or maybe it's my aging eyes;-)  The preliminary WHO chart on ProMom offers even less detail than the one in R/A.
