Well, maybe that means I am not really obese?  Nope.  Can't be that.  I never
had supply issues with any of my normal births or vaginal births. However, my
csection with twins---another story.  Obese? Always since my first pregnancy.
  How obese do you think they mean?  I mean there is obese, and then there is
obese.  You know?  I agree with Valerie that by not controlling for birth and
breastfeeding access the study is flawed.  Was obesity the only factor or was
their underlying factors that caused the obesity, etc.  Too many variables
unaccounted for and I know far too many obese women with no issues of milk
supply to ever use it to tell a obese mom her chances of breastfeeding success with
a full supply is an issue.
