Actually, that wasn't Heather it was me.  I appreciate everyone's info on the
fat being taken out.  There was a scare about environmental contaminants in
breastmilk while I was nursing my daughter 19 years ago.  When researching
this further the info I received was that it was safer to breastfeed and that
formula would also contain the contaminants (It wasn't dioxins).  This topic
is very interesting. Sue
