Hello Iwona,

This is a very complex issue that I'm not sure we have definitive answers
to.

I know that one of the founders of La Leche League, Marian Tompson, has
started an organization dedicated to exploring the very issue of
breastfeeding with HIV.  The website is http://www.anotherlook.org .

Perhaps if you continue your research there, you may find some information
and studies you have not already seen.
